We were thrilled to have our Home Staging work featured on an article and video over at Home Staging Resource. Home Staging Resource is our training and certification company and is founded by Audra Slinkey. Audra put together a beautiful short 10 min video on how we transformed one of our favorite homes we have staged. It highlights how we used our home staging consultation and Feel Home Guide to help these clients with a plan to get the home sold for Top Dollar and focus on all of the positive architectural features of this home, emotional connection points, spacial planning and much more.

After completing our consultation we came back the day before MLS photos to complete styling and preparation with items the client already had one hand, as well as a few recommended purchases to update the space and some rental accessories. As you can see from the before and after’s in the video, the staging really made a difference in the presentation of online photos and marketing and led to multiple offers over asking before it ever officially hitting the market!
