About Melissa

Melissa has always had an eye for design and details. For as long as she can remember her mind was always pulling out the texture, decor and designs of any room or event she walked into. When her husband joined the military six months after they were married, her eye for design has served her well in each home they have lived in. When she and her husband bought their first home in 2019 she remembers seeing the listing photos, and just falling in love with the home. It was both what she and her husband had dreamed about and they had that “this is the one” feeling. In 2020 she was approached by a realtor for staging who knew of her design skills which pushed her to pursue her Staging and Redesign Certification. Melissa knows that you don’t always choose the house you live in, but you can make any house into a home you love. She does this by helping client’s see the potential each home has whether that’s for marketing the home for sale or staging the home to live.

Melissa is a RESA-Pro Stager which holds Stagers to high ethical standards in the home staging and design industry, so you can rest assured she has her clients best interest in mind. She is also a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners and is Certified in Staging and Redesign through Home Staging Resource. She is always learning and growing in the areas of staging, design and real estate marketing. She loves educating realtors and client’s on why staging matters in this ever-moving market and believes that a stagers job is to help their clients show their listing well and get the highest return of equity on the sale of their home. If you’d like to have her share her expertise at your next real estate meeting or event on how staging helps the real estate industry, she would love to share!
